Since joining the Authority in 2014 to establish the Office of Revenue, he has expanded the marketing, research and consumer strategy functions; led recruitment of new international airlines and routes to serve new markets including India; launched an initiative to develop Dulles Airport’s real estate holdings; and presided over the upgrade of Dulles and Reagan’s airport concessions and passenger services to significantly boost overall revenue and increase the percentage of non-airline revenue, a key competitive measure in the U.S. airport industry.
Davis’ responsibility has included leading a large, complex growth-oriented organization with revenues exceeding $3.5 billion and a global workforce of more than 23,000.
