Apsey and Walker-Miller join 23 other business and civic leaders from national and global organizations. Prior to her time at ITC, Apsey held a variety of positions at Detroit Edison, including Manager, Regulatory Relations, where she was responsible for developing and managing regulatory and communications activities with the Michigan Public Service Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
