[ANGOP] Luanda -- The Ministry of Social Action, Family and Women's Promotion (MASFAMU) is since Tuesday conducting the 3rd and 4th cycles of payments of the Program of Monetary Social Transfers in central Bie province dubbed "Valor Criança", which will benefit 8,499 children under five years old.
