Barriers needed - Trinidad and Tobago Newsday

THE EDITOR: I am pleading once again to those in authority or government for the installation of any type of barriers, whether concrete, cable and/or guard rails, on the nation's highways to prevent the loss of lives and limbs of citizens.

It is high time the relevant authorities address this matter of utmost urgency.
