In high-profile cases all over the country, unarmed black people have been executed on camera by white male assailants.

Jerry Falwell Jr. (the son of deceased Southern Baptist televangelist Jerry Falwell Sr.) is a lawyer and the sitting president of Liberty University, a Christian NCAA school, which recently made negative headlines due to his online foolishness.

“Liberty president Jerry Falwell Jr. apologized earlier this week for a deleted Tweet he had sent out in May criticizing Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s policy to wear masks in public because of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, Falwell’s foolishness did lead to the loss of a superstar who plays for Liberty University’s Women’s Basketball Team.

I believe if Falwell Jr. had done the right thing and stepped down in lieu of public backlash, Todd would probably still be a member of Liberty’s club of great young women playing NCCA basketball.
