Controversial Rock Creek Park Golf Course Renovation Receives Final Green Light

The National Capital Planning Commission has approved a renovation plan for Rock Creek Park Golf Course, despite opposition from environmental groups due to the cutting down of at least 1,070 mature trees, and the addition of nighttime lighting.
