Dale E. Jones is President and Chief Executive Officer at Diversified Search. In this role, Jones leads the ninth largest search firm in the United States. Prior to joining Diversified Search, Jones served as Vice Chairman and Partner of the CEO and Board Practice at Heidrick & Struggles International, where he consulted with CEOs and Corporate Boards on human capital issues including recruiting, retention, succession planning, and corporate governance.

Jones also served as one of the firm’s leaders in the Global Telecommunications and the Global Consumer Practices. Jones concurrently served as Managing Partner of the Atlanta Office from 1999 to 2007. Jones has also taken on special strategic roles to serve Steve and Jean Case, Founders of AOL, as CEO of Revolution Ventures.
