Mervin Rudolph, a 38-year-old construction worker from 19th Avenue Diamond, East Bank Demerara, was arrested on 2025-03-04 by a detective from the Golden Grove Police Station’s Criminal Investigation Department and charged yesterday with larceny by bailee.
