Doxie Jordan is Vice President, Diabetes Sales, South Area for Novo Nordisk, a global health care company with 90 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care. In this role, Jordan leads five sales teams across nine regions, totaling more than 900 professionals. His primary focus is to provide strategy and direction within an environment of accountability, collaboration and execution. Under Doxie’s leadership, his organization delivers more than $1 billion in annual sales for Novo Nordisk.
Jordan joined Novo Nordisk in 2006. While at Novo Nordisk, he held leadership roles in the hospital division as well as Diabetes Marketing. He has been recognized for his accomplishments in key company initiatives, lifecycle management, brand positioning, and sales force deployment. With more than 20 years of diversified experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Jordan has held previous positions in sales leadership and marketing within multiple therapeutic areas at MedImmune, Inc. and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a MBA from Howard University.
