Dans un contexte marqué par une crise sécuritaire et sanitaire sans précédent, le gouvernement haïtien a annoncé ce dimanche 22 décembre 2024 le lancement d’un Programme spécial de soutien à la population doté d’un budget de plus d’un milliard de gourdes. Cette initiative vise à répondre aux besoins essentiels des ménages les plus vulnérables, relancer l’économie nationale et renforcer la cohésion sociale.
