A Louisiana teacher, Cynthia Perkins is being sued for serving students with cupcakes tainted with her husband’s semen.

According to reports by the Advocate, “The Attorney General’s Office, and subsequently the lawsuits, claims Dennis Perkins introduced semen into batches of cupcakes that Cynthia intentionally served to her students at Westside Junior High School in November 2018 and May 2019.”

Cynthia on the other hand, was the English teacher at Westside Junior High School in Walker since 2016.

The lawsuit is also citing negligence on the part of the schools board at Westside Junior High School.

The schools board is being blamed of negligence “either in hiring Cynthia Perkins, a lack of oversight of her behavior or a violation of school policies in allowing homemade food items to be served to students.”
