Le chef de la diplomatie américaine Antony Blinken, qui a parrainé des discussions entamées lundi entre l'Azerbaïdjan et l'Arménie au sujet de l'enclave disputée du Haut-Karabach, s'est montré optimiste jeudi, affirmant qu'un accord était "à portée de main". De leur côté, Bakou et Erevan ont fait état d'"avancées" tout en indiquant que "les positions sur des questions clés restent divergentes".
