After spending all of last week hailing the nasty and divisive rhetoric that was spewed at the Democratic National Convention, on Tuesday, NBC’s Today show co-host Savannah Guthrie had the gall to push South Carolina Senator Tim Scott to call for the “rhetoric” at the Republican National Convention to be “ratcheted down” following night one of the GOP gathering.
