The return of Miracle on Main Street came with a vengeance Friday, lighting Charlotte Amalie up with activity, replete with caroling, street corner Santa’s, crafts and kids’ bouncy houses, steel pan battles and lighted store fronts that beckoned shoppers with holiday deals.
