Mirian M. Graddick-Weir is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Merck & Co., Inc., a leading global pharmaceutical company. In this role, Graddick-Weir has responsibility for all aspects of human resources for more than 86,000 employees worldwide.

Previously, Graddick-Weir held other senior leadership positions in the areas of Human Resources and Communications. Graddick-Weir was Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to this position, Graddick-Weir served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Communications of AT&T Corp from 2004 to 2006.

Graddick-Weir is a well respected thought leader and sought after speaker in her field.
