The hotly-debated COVID-19 relief bill has finally been signed by President Joe Biden after months of arguments and haggling over what would be included or left out. "This historic legislation is about rebuilding the backbone of this country and giving people in this nation, working people, middle class folks, people who built the country, a fighting chance," Biden said while signing the bill.
