The National Urban League is fighting to close the racial voting gap, which has grown since the Supreme Court's 2013 Shelby v. Holder ruling, by promoting voter registration, voter education, and voter activation, and by advocating for the passage of the Freedom to Vote Act, the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, and the Protecting Our Democracy Act.
