La junte militaire au pouvoir au Niger a mis fin à un accord militaire autorisant la présence des membres du personnel militaire et civil du département américain de la Défense sur son territoire, a déclaré samedi le porte-parole de la junte, le colonel Amadou Abdramane. Cette décision intervient après une visite effectuée cette semaine par des responsables américains.
