[This Day] Abuja -- Following a favourable court ruling last Thursday, Prince Uche Secondus yesterday resumed as the National Chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), at the national headquarters of the party in Abuja, but was prevented from attending the National Caucus meeting of the party.
