The OC Fair has announced a pair of pre-fair concerts including reggae singer-songwriter Stephen Marley, the son of Bob Marley, who return to Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa on Saturday, July 1. He’ll be joined by Fortunate Youth, Arise Roots with special guests TBA. Tickets are $25-$65 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday,
