Oliver Hill, (Oliver White), American lawyer (born May 1, 1907, Richmond, Va.—died Aug. 5, 2007, Richmond), was a prominent civil rights attorney who battled against racial prejudice in numerous cases, most famously the 1954 landmark case Brown v.
