The homeowners of Beeston Hill Estate want to continue to live in an environment of tranquility but are faced with a potential rezoning of 15 or 16 acres to be developed into a shopping center in the middle of a quiet, wooded forest neighborhood. This is simply spot zoning and not planning in a comprehensive way.
