Dear Editor,

Mr. David Patterson, then Minister of Public Infrastructure under the APNU+AFC Govern-ment, was found by the Public Procurement Com-mission (PPC) to be directly in breach of the Procurement Act when in or about 2016 he took an “unsolicited proposal” procurement request directly to Cabinet, bypassing the open tendering process mandated by law.

The article Patterson and AFC displaying inconsistency over Procurement Act appeared first on Stabroek News.
