Rhonda Taylor

Ms. Taylor is responsible for setting the human capital strategy in support of Cox’s long term strategy and operating plans. She works with the executive team to drive talent management and development, organizational development, employee engagement and retention, labor relations, diversity and inclusion, rewards and workforce analytics and human resources technology systems.

Prior to her current role, Taylor was the vice president of people services for Cox Communications in Baton Rouge, LA. She joined Cox in January 2008 from Citigroup, Inc. where she most recently served as senior vice president of human resources. She spent most of her career in the financial services industry prior to transitioning to Cox, where she specifically led and directed her division’s transformation efforts.
