Press Release - I welcome the announcement by the Speaker of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament, Masizole Mnqasela, that the State of Province Address (SOPA) this year will be held at the Velddrif Town Hall, in Velddrif in the West Coast District of our province. It will take place on Tuesday, 15 February 2022.
