By THOMAS ADAMSON AP Fashion Writer PARIS (AP) — Paris Fashion Week was upended Sunday by the news of fashion designer Kenzo Takada's death at age 81. Reports say Takada died from COVID-19 complications, and members of the fashion world paid tribute to him. Like Milan before it, Paris is undertaking an unusual fashion season for Spring-Summer 2021 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
