By: Alyssa Wilson A Texas judge granted a temporary restraining order against an anti-abortion group, preventing it from suing Planned Parenthood.   Texas Right to Life and its associates cannot enforce the state’s new restrictive abortion law by suing Planned Parenthood, Judge Maya Guerra Gamble ruled, according to The New York Times.   The law banning most abortions in the state took effect on Wednesday.
