Texas Right to Life and its associates cannot enforce the state’s new restrictive abortion law by suing Planned Parenthood, Judge Maya Guerra Gamble ruled, according to The New York Times. The law banning most abortions in the state took effect on Wednesday. It bans abortions after six weeks, which is before some women even know they're pregnant.
