The New Flesh-Rotting Drug Causing Crisis In America’s Cities

Authorities are concerned about the street drug "tranq", which users report has led to their flesh rotting. The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention have reported a sharp rise in overdose deaths due to the drug, which is a tranquilizer used for horses combined with the synthetic opioid fentanyl.
