[Monitor] Residents of Bugabo Village, Nalugala Parish in Katabi Town Council, Wakiso District have expressed dismay at the operations of Victoria Treasures Ltd, a fish processing and Export Company which they claim is disposing harmful waste into Lake Victoria.
