The Virginia State University Gospel Chorale is set to perform at the Vatican during its European tour from Dec. 7 to Jan. 3, with stops in Switzerland, Hungary, and Italy. The highlight of the tour includes a performance at Pope Francis' Christmas Concert at the Vatican and the Umbria Jazz Winter Festival in Italy. Led by Perry Evans II, the choir aims to showcase its talents, provide students with cultural exposure, and entertain a global audience.
