CHICAGO DEFENDER - While the City and State prepare to move into Phase 5, Dr. Arwady and Mayor Lightfoot still stressed to proceed with caution as COVID remains. Phase 5 allows fully vaccinated residents to resume activities without wearing a mask unless required by federal, state, or local regulations including businesses and workplaces.
