A constitutional challenge has been filed by Dr Vishnu Bandhu in the High Court of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Guyana challenging the constitutionality of Section 11B of the Representation of the People Act, Chapter 1:03, according to a statement from attorney-at-law Roysdale Forde SC, of Forde, Amsterdam & Lewis, who is representing Dr Bandhu.
