[Addis Standard] Addis Abeba -- President of the Tigray Interim Administration, Lieutenant General Tadesse Werede, revealed that approximately 40% of the Tigray region remains under the control of external forces and said that his administration's top priority is to restore the region's constitutional territorial integrity and ensure the safe return of displaced Tigrayans.
