Jamaica police have captured a Jamaican national who escaped from Saint Lucia in October, 2020, while in custody on a murder charge. A senior police official told St Lucia Times that the wanted man is Orville Pernelle whom law enforcement officials had described as a 'dangerous' fugitive after he escaped from the Babonneau police station.
