Minnesota's minimum wage will increase to $11.13 per hour for all employers, effective January 1, 2025, and the hourly wage for employees under the age of 20 will increase to $9.08 an hour, while Minneapolis and St. Paul have their own minimum wage ordinances requiring higher wages for work performed in these cities.
