Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre has stressed the need to clean up this country while expressing concern over the state of cleanliness in Saint Lucia. Pierre spoke during Monday's handover by Taiwanese Ambassador Peter Chen of $US 612,000 in Taiwanese funds for this country's Constituency Development Programme (CDP).
