Tamairo Moutry, a real estate broker and the owner of four real estate companies in four different states, has launched two fundraisers to create the Down Payment Housing Assistance Program (DPHAP) for front line healthcare workers and others who are considered to be front line workers fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
