There’s A Quitting Spree Among U.S. Workers, Here’s How It’s Impacting Black Employees

Worker turnover rates are peaking as job openings rose to 10.1 million at the end of Q2. The Black workforce is impacted by factors like the ability to work from home and increased entrepreneurship amid simultaneous business closures. Low-wage workers aren’t entirely to blame for shortages as several knowledge workers quit at the highest rates.
