Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Wednesday announced that President Bola Tinubu has approved the upgrading of Ibadan Airport to an international airport. Makinde made the announcement while receiving the Chief of Air Staff of the Nigeria Air Force (NAF), Air Marshal Hassan Baba Abubakar, at the Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.
