[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- Head of the parliamentary bloc of Qalb Tounes (30 MPs) Oussama Khelifi said Wednesday there is an almost unanimous agreement with his party's partners in the ruling coalition on the need for PM Hichem Mechichi to ask parliament to allow him to govern by decree-laws.
