[Independent (Kampala)] The Last Word -- In a sting operation, Uganda's Chieftaincy of Defense Intelligence and Security (CDIS), formerly the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), kidnapped Dr. Kiiza Besigye from Nairobi.
