UNITED NATIONS (CMC) - United Nations Secretary General Ant�nio Guterres has called on the global community to help address the 'unprecedented' impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic on Latin America and the Caribbean, saying that the region has become a 'hot spot of the pandemic'.
