[ISS] Africa's 25.2 million refugees, asylum seekers and internally displaced persons are some of the most vulnerable groups to COVID-19. They are hosted in areas with weak health systems and limited access to services such as water, sanitation and hygiene. Those in urban areas often live in crowded settings, where physical distancing is a luxury.
