[African Development Bank (AfDB)] Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the African Development Bank and the International Committee of the Red Cross in December 2023, representatives of both institutions met in Abidjan to take stock of progress and to further strengthen the strategic partnership. The ICRC team led by Regional Director for Africa, Patrick Youssef visited the Bank's headquarters on 21 May 2024.
