Ms. Boles is responsible for all worldwide human resource activities within the Company. Ms. Boles reports to BD’s Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President and is a member of the Management Committee and BD Leadership Team.

Ms. Boles serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morris, Bergen, Sussex & Passaic, Inc. since 2005 where she currently holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board. She also serves on the Board of the Center for Human Resource Strategy at Rutgers University and a member of the HR Advisory Councils of the Conference Board where she serves as an Executive Committee member. Ms. Boles is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and the Executive Leadership Council.
