[Egypt Online] Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Mohamed Abdel Aati said on Wednesday Egypt is still hoping that an agreement on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) can be reached by the summer of this year.
