Emily Gerding's death leads to 12-year sentence for Quintin Hudson | Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder

Quintin Leon Hudson has been sentenced to over 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of fleeing a peace officer resulting in death and one count of fleeing a peace officer resulting in great bodily harm, after causing the death of Emily Gerding and severe injury to her husband John Gerding.
