[Ethiopian Herald] ADDIS ABABA - The Federal Government has been extending its leading role in providing humanitarian support in Tigray and reaching 4.5 million people in the State whilst international relief agencies response has remained unsatisfactory, National Disaster Risk Management Commission (NDRMC) said.
