Après l'offensive éclair menée par les rebelles islamistes et leurs alliés en Syrie, l'armée de Bachar al-Assad a déployé des renforts autour de la ville de Hama dans le centre du pays. Depuis mercredi, les groupes rebelles ont pris le contrôle de vastes zones qui échappent désormais au contrôle du régime, dont Alep.
