Le Nicaragua a annoncé dimanche quitter immédiatement l'Organisation des États américains (OEA), basée à Washington, et fermer les bureaux de cet organisme dans sa capitale, Managua. L'OEA n'avait pas reconnu la réélection en novembre de Daniel Ortega pour un quatrième mandat.
